- What are your hours?

I photograph seven days a week, with all studio appointments by appointment only. I encourage you to call me during regular business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) on weekdays for business inquiries. You can also reach out via email or private messaging on social media anytime, and I will respond as soon as possible, though immediate responses may not always be available.
- Where are you located?

Ursula Page Photography is based out of Thomasville, Georgia but Ursula travels to surrounding areas for sessions and sometimes other parts of the country. The studio is in Thomasville just minutes from the Publix shopping center. Please note that all appointments, sessions, and pick-ups are by appointment only. If you have a session or ordering an appointment at the studio, an email will be sent out with the address and instructions on where to enter the studio. All sessions within Thomasville are included in the photography prices but sessions outside of Thomasville do have a nominal fee to cover mileage costs.
- What do we wear for our portrait session

When preparing for your professional portrait session with Ursula Page Photography, we recommend choosing outfits that reflect your personal style while also aligning with the professional image you want to convey. Solid colors and classic styles often work well, but feel free to add a pop of color or accessories to showcase your personality. For a more personalized touch, Ursula is available for wardrobe consultations, either in person or via text messages. She can assist you in selecting outfits that will look best in your portraits. Additionally, we provide a clothing guide that you can access if desired, offering tips and suggestions to help you make the most of your portrait session
- What payment options do you accept?

Ursula Page Photography offers several payment options, including cash, local checks, PayPal, and all major credit cards processed through PayPal. Please be aware that when paying by check, your order will be processed only after the check has successfully cleared the bank. Additionally, we offer a convenient payment plan option, ensuring that your order will be fulfilled once the payment plan has been completed.
- How long will it take to view my images after the session?

At Ursula Page Photography, we aim to deliver your image gallery within one to two weeks. Please note that during our busy fall and spring seasons, it may take closer to two weeks due to high demand. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work to provide you with high-quality images.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

At Ursula Page Photography, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I strive to be flexible and accommodating. Rescheduling is possible for valid reasons such as illness, inclement weather, or other unexpected events, and I am committed to finding suitable alternative dates and times. Please note that sessions are non-refundable, but the amount can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within one year of purchase. While I encourage rescheduling within reason, repeated changes may impact my availability. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please don't hesitate to reach out.
